We have been NICEIC registered since 2005 and undertake annual assessments with on-site audits to measure our ongoing capability to carry out works to BS7671 the Electrical Wiring Regulations. Our fully qualified staff level of field Electricians, Electro-Mechanical Panel Builders and Software Developers, ensure that a client's requirements are fully met. We have a fully equipped Electro-Mechanical Panel Workshop where panels are constructed to CAD drawing provided by our Software Developers and fully tested before release to the installation engineers.
The panels we construct are bespoke to requirements of the application from simplistic pump control panels to complex process control systems (PLC) with HMI Screens with data logging and remote access or interfacing with remote servers, these can be offered with front end SCADA graphics.
Our experience within the landfill industry is wide ranging and covers anything from electrical break-downs to full design and build capital projects to circa £1.2M. The scope of work offered covers electrical and pneumatic leachate extraction and treatment systems, utilising pressure transducers and other forms of level control, methane stripping plants, bio gas systems and monitoring and SCADA systems accessible via telemetry. For the past two years we have also been involved in the design and installation of HV & LV works for gas generation plants involving LV tails from engines to transformers, HV cable installation, termination and jointing from sub stations to transformer ring main units, installation of compound earthing systems, and auxiliary compound power and lighting, we have just completed a project for one of our clients in Belfast which covered all of the above and believe that it is the first of its kind in Northern Ireland.
